PHOENIX – Fans (or marshmallows) of the Veronica Mars franchise can stream season four now on Hulu instead of the original premiere date of July 26.

The news came on Friday at Comic-Con in San Diego during a panel for the television show. Kristen Bell, who has played Veronica Mars since its first episode in 2004, announced into the microphone that she would like season four to be released today to the public for her birthday. Just seconds after the announcement, the room got word that Hulu had uploaded all eight episodes to the streaming service.

Kristen Bell celebrated her 39th birthday on July 18 this year. The actress shared an adorable video of her two daughters, four-year-old Delta and six-year-old Lincoln, guessing her age on Instagram. Her husband, Dax Shepard, also chimed in and it is hilarious.

Veronica Mars season four brings the original characters back a decade later to Neptune Beach. Crime breaks out as young teens are being murdered in mysterious bombings, leading to an obvious blow in the areas spring break tourist population. But don’t worry, Veronica Mars is on the case!

You can stream the new season as well as the first three now on Hulu. Have a binge marathon and watch all four this weekend!
