Leading scholars say the University of Arizona is one of the best in the world.
Times Higher Education’s World Reputation Rankings named the University of Arizona one of the world’s top 100 universities. The UofA made the 91-100 range of the list and is one of just 42 universities from the United States to appear. Also ranked are Harvard, which tops the list, Stanford, and Princeton, as well as Universities from Asia, Europe, and more. This list is created through an invitation-only survey of the world’s leading scholars, who are asked to name up to 15 universities that they believe lead in research and teaching based on their personal experiences. This list will then go on to be a factor in creating the official World University Rankings for 2017 to 2018. UofA’s place on the World Reputation Rankings list gives it a chance of making this list, as well as showing the impact the university has had on leading scholars around the world.
