Large handbags, which we all know typically hold half of everything we own, cause the shoulder they are carried on pain. In fact, women tend to unknowingly raise the shoulder their using to carry their purse to help it not slip off, causing more problems. Solution: cross-body bags, backpacks, or try to lighten the load and add on a thicker strap. Skinny jeans can put your nerves in danger! Too tight of pants compress the nerves and result in a numbness. This does not sound fun… so don’t wear pants that are too tight, save your legs. Now, shoes. Flats, heels, they all have their own problems. Heels cause unnecessary pressure on the balls of your feet while flats do not have enough arch support. Maybe businesses should all start accepting running shoes as proper attire?
