Some of hip-hop’s greatest stars are headed to Downtown Phoenix for St. Patrick’s Day weekend. The festival starts on Friday, March 15 and ends Sunday, March 17.
The festival has previously included indie and rock music alongside hip-hop, but this year it’s all about hip-hop (and a little bit of reggaeton and R&B).
The lineup includes Snoop Dog, Lil Wayne, Ice Cube, Ozuna, Jhene Aiko, Kodak Black, and more!
According to the Pot of Gold website, the festival is located at Steele Indian School Park, 300 East Indian School Road. Gates will open at 3 p.m. and close at 11 p.m.
There are a variety of tickets still available ranging from $109 to $2650 depending on how many days you want to attend and how posh you want your experience to be. However, it is important to know that everyone attending must purchase a ticket regardless of age.
Prepare for traffic! The best way to get there is by taking the light rail and leaving your car at the Valley Metro park-and-ride lots.
Other than music, there will be food vendors, a carnival, a merch tent, bars, and more!
