PHOENIX — Chevy drivers just became their own pizza delivery service.

General Motors, the vehicle manufacturer for Chevrolet, has made it possible for modern Chevrolet models to order pizza on the car’s touchscreen. Users can use the Chevrolet Marketplace app to place orders, and they are given the option to pick it up themselves or have it delivered to their home.

The automobile company introduced its Marketplace App in 2017, an app that allows drivers to use their car’s touchscreen to order food and beverage items from companies like Dunkin Donuts, IHOP and Wingstop

Domino’s Pizza is the latest edition to the handful of restaurants that participate in the app.

Thanks to the Chevrolet Marketplace app, drivers are able to place their order using their Domino’s Pizza Profile in an innovative and convenient way. It’s free to create a Pizza Profile with Domino’s, and Chevy drivers can sign up online or through the Domino’s app.

The concept of ordering pizza straight from your car rather than through your mobile device is brand-new, making it the first ever embedded pizza-ordering option in modern vehicles.

This new in-vehicle solution is a natural collaboration with both Chevy drivers and pizza connoisseurs can enjoy, says Chevrolet Marketplace line of business leader Scott Goddard
