Gas prices in Arizona have now hit an 18-month high.
AAA released that the statewide average price per gallon today is $2.03, which is almost seven cents higher than last month. Overall we are up about 15 cents from this time last year. Thankfully gas prices haven’t climbed into the $3 dollar mark, so we can’t be too upset. Unlike California, which is currently holding the highest average price of $3.007. Unfortunately, summer demand has not hit yet so we are about to ride this 18-month rise into summer.
WAIT … THERE’S MORE
The cheapest gas in the state is in Tucson, Peoria, and the East Valley.
