Can you survive Six Flag’s Fright Fest 30-hour coffin challenge?


PHOENIX – Six Flags amusement park is having guests spend 30 hours in a coffin in order to win some epic prizes.

How’s that for spooky?

The challenge is a part of Six Flag’s Fright Fest, the event that takes place at night at the park during the fall season.

So what are the requirements of the challenge?

This is part of Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey. Six contestants will be chosen to spend 30 hours in a coffin from 1 p.m. on Oct. 28 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 29.

During the many hours spent in the casket, competitors will be given a six-minute bathroom break every hour. All meals will be eaten in the coffin.

The prize for successfully surviving this challenge includes $300 in cash, two 2019 gold season passes. two dining season passes, two Fright Fest passes for the haunted houses, and the coffin. You didn’t think you would spend that much time in that thing and not get to keep it did you?

If you’re stumped on where to put it, we suggest putting some extra cushion in it and replacing your bed.
