Bike Share Spreads to Tempe

You’ll start to see a lot more people riding bicycles around the East Valley.

The GRID Bike Share Program is already booming in Phoenix, Ariz. It was such a hit there, that it spilled into Mesa, Ariz. Now, the program is available in another East Valley city: Tempe. To take part in the program, you have to reserve a bike on their app or their website. Then, you pick up your bike at one of of the many locations in the valley; there are now 30 more in Tempe. Then, to unlock a bike, you use a 4-digit PIN. When you are done riding, just return the bike. It costs $7 an hour or $10 a week.
