Ashton Kutcher hit a 19-year-old man who was riding a scooter with his black Tesla in Los Angeles, Calif., only to be met with smiles and one simple request.
Leo Marenghi was on his way to pick up the two kids he babysits when the incident occurred. At the Sunset Bronson Studios in Hollywood, Kutcher pulled out of the driveway before unexpectedly colliding with the young man.
“There was a wall blocking so he couldn’t see me coming,” Marenghi told E! News. “Once I was in his sight, it was too late for him to stop and I got hit.”
Marenghi was thrown off his scooter and onto the ground. The That 70’s Show star reportedly jumped from his car to check on the man. After determining he was fine besides a few scrapes and bruises, Marenghi had one request: a picture!
What better way to remember the time you got hit by Ashton Kutcher’s car? The two posed for a pic where Kutcher is seen shrugging with a small smirk on his face.
Marenghi posted the pic on his Instagram account with the caption, “Got hit by a car today…
But it’s ok because it was by Ashton Kutcher.” The post also included a photo of the victim’s scraped knee.
Marenghi has no intentions of pressing charges due to the few injuries he acquired. On his Instagram account, he seems to be living his 15 minutes of fame to the fullest. We can’t really blame him though! It’s not every day you run into Ashton Kutcher. Or he runs into you, literally. We are just glad everyone is okay.
But seriously, dude, where was his car again? I might have to take a look for myself…
