Young girl is waking up again. When the soul leaves the body

PHOENIX – A study shows that one in ten people claim to have had a near-death experience at least once in their lifetime and you will not believe the effects they felt from it!

In the study, researchers reached over 1,000 people in 35 countries via a crowd-sourcing platform online. Here, the sample group was asked to answer “yes” or “no” as to whether they have had a near-death experience. Ten percent of people said yes.

Some of the symptoms reported of these incidents include hearing angels sing, having an out-of-body experience, having one’s soul sucked out, and more. It’s like something you would see in a movie! Still convinced you’ve had a near-death experience too?

The researchers used a Greyson Near-Death Experience Scale to determine if they really had an NDE (near-death experience). Almost 300 people claimed to have had an NDE but only 106 gained a seven on the scale, proving the authenticity of the claim.

Some other interesting results from the study:

  • 53% of confirmed NDE’s said it was a peaceful experience
  • Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep is more common in participants with confirmed NDE’s than those without

Researchers involved in the study came from the Rigshospitalet, Copenhagen University Hospital, University of Copenhagen, Denmark, the Center for Stroke Research, Berlin, and the Norwegian University of Technology, Trondheim, Norway.

Have you ever had an NDE? What were your symptoms?
