San Tan’s ‘Spirit House’ wants to uncomplicate cocktails


“We want to uncomplicated and demystify cocktails.”

That’s the idea behind Spirit House, a brand new tasting room attached to San Tan Brewing’s brewpub in Chandler, Ariz.

San Tan Brewing says they’re not trying to reinvent the wheel with signature cocktails, creative cocktails. Instead, they want to make drinking cocktails more acceptable to the casual drinker.

“We really want to use it as a place to educate people about craft spirits,” said Anthony Canecchia, Founder, San Tan Brewing.

“Cocktails should be just like cooking,” said Christopher Landry, Spirit House Manager. “You should have a ton of fun doing it at home and respect the guy who can do it at a restaurant.”

Spirit House is currently open for the public, with the entrance just around the corner from San Tan’s restaurant in Chandler.
