American Adults Losing Sleep Over Money

A new study by CreditCards.com says that most Americans are losing sleep due to financial concerns.

When it comes to sleep, we're not doing much better than we did during the Great Recession in 2009. The Mayo Clinic recommends American adults get 7-9 hours of sleep a night. It seems simple enough, but many are not meeting that requirement. A new study found that 65% of Americans are losing sleep over financial concerns. For the first time in years, things like health care and having enough for retirement are causing stress to the point of losing sleep.
