PHOENIX - Hospitality Events Consultant - FedEx
The Events Solutions Consultant (ESC) reports to a Market Manager and is an in-center
sales professional in a Hospitality & Conventions Operations (HCO) location. This is a HCO customer-focused position responsible for achieving and striving to exceed defined sales targets.  The ESC also creates, cultivates and maintains outstanding relationships with hotel/convention center venue staff (especially within the sales and event services departments). The role encompasses extensive interaction with customers, hotel and convention center contacts, and print decision makers on local sales calls, over the phone, via email and face-to-face. The Events Solutions Consultant works with minimal supervision and interacts on a daily basis with customers, Center Managers, center team members, vendors and personnel of the HCO host facility toward accomplishing established business objectives.

Events Coordinator - Arizona State University
Sun Devil Athletics seek Event Coordinators who, under administrative direction, schedules and coordinates athletic events and to a lesser degree, public events. Reports to the

Library Assistant - City of Tempe Arizona
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Process Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) and police department reports; order certified copies of MVD reports and notices of suspension from MVD.
  • Run criminal histories, national criminal histories, out of state motor vehicle records, prison time requests, jail time requests, INS requests and juvenile requests.
  • Redact all victim information in compliance with the Victim's Rights Laws on all reports.
  • Order copies of prior orders of protection, records from prior cases from Superior Court, and records of prior convictions through gathering police reports from other jurisdictions.
  • Prepare Trial Calendars for attorneys and ensure all files are ready for trial.
  • Process discovery requests including the preparation of disclosure statements and lists of witnesses and exhibits.
  • Process Motion to Continue, Motions to Dismiss, Allegations of Priors, Petitions to
    Revoke
    Probation, and other miscellaneous pleadings.

Screen Printer - UMOM New Day Centers

  • Complete screen printing process to customers satisfaction and confidently troubleshoot any issue.
  • Prioritize the day to maximize every hour of production.
  • Use appropriate techniques to properly screen wash, coat, and burn. Maintain care of all screens and products.
  • Utilize automatic and manual screen printing equipment with care and professionalism.
  • Continuously learn new techniques and skills to improve quality.
  • Use proper measurements and alignment with all orders. Spotting shirts with minor errors.
  • Safely utilize all chemicals and products according to MSDS guidelines.
  • Use proper PMS color mixing.
  • Inventory shirts for production, verifying accuracy against invoices and assure graphics are accurate.
  • Mentor youth from Tumbleweed according to training manual. Providing a positive influence and positive work environment in which our youth can learn work and life skills.
