Things to Do this Weekend in Arizona

It’s the weekend and we have a list of things you can do around Arizona

If you’re feeling bold and want a tattoo but don’t want to break your bank account, check out your local tattoo shops and see if they have any deals for Friday the 13th.

Disney On Ice Presents Frozen is going on now through April 15 at Talking Stick Resort Arena. Times vary each day and tickets start at $20.

Arizona Bike week is going on now through April 15 at Westworld of Scottsdale. It is the biggest motorcycle event in the Southwest. There are vendors, live music, flat-track racing, bike shows and so much more. Tickets cost $33 on Friday and Saturday. Sunday is free.

Lanterns at the Lake is being held at Pleasant Harbor on April 14 from 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. It is free for anyone who wants to watch the lanterns go up into the air, but if you would like to release a lantern yourself, tickets cost $25. According to the website, the lanterns will be released 20 to 30 minutes after sunset.

Scottsdale Culinary Festival will be taking place on April 14 from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. and April 15 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. You can try different types of food while enjoying live music. General admission is $12 online or $15 at the door. If you want a VIP package, Saturday tickets are $150 and Sunday tickets are $125. If you’re 21 or older, you can purchase a beer garden ticket. This includes a general admission ticket, 20 4 oz beer samples and a souvenir mug.

The Fiesta Bowl 3-on-3 Classic is April 14 through April 15 at Westgate. This basketball tournament raises money for Special Olympics Arizona Unified Programs. It is free for all spectators.
